The purpose of an infrared sauna is total body healing. An infrared sauna uses infrared heat waves, transmitted by carbon heaters, to warm the sauna and your body. Enter our private sauna room, disrobe to your comfort level and enter the infrared sauna. Robes and towels are provided for your session. Peaceful music fills the room while your enjoy your session. Body wipes, towels and drinking water are provided as complementary provisions for your use once your session is complete.
