Join Allie and Lyndsay in the Studio for Sound Bath and Reiki Healing

In this powerful session both sound frequencies and energy healing will be used to recalibrate, shift, and rebalance the body mind and soul. We will flow with this powerful combination & energetic connection to create a healing for the collective, and each person in attendance.

What to expect in this session?
Laying down in our upstairs space, you will be immersed in a full sound bath by Lyndsay, that includes crystal bowls, vocals, drums, and other divine instrumentals. Reiki Energy healing will take place during the sound session, as Allie intuitively moves around the room, person to person following the energetic healing path and offering the open channel for healing to take place.

Reiki healing sometimes requires hands to be laid on a person, other times it works within the auric field of an individual or group.

Have you been interested in joining a sound bath or reiki session, but have been hesitant to try either? This is a divine moment to witness both healing modalities as they align for you.

What do I need to bring?
You will need a yoga mat, water, and anything that will make you comfortable for your sound journey (pillow, blanket etc.) Yoga mats, small pillows and blankets are available if you do not have one to provide for yourself.  You are welcome to bring a journal or any other small meditation tools you feel are in alignment for the journey.
