Credit Card on File Policy

Our priority is to provide exceptional care and a seamless experience for all our clients. To help simplify the payment process and ensure your visits run smoothly, we will be implementing a Credit Card on File Policy starting January 1, 2025.
Why Are We Requiring a Credit Card on File?
Reservation Assurance: Your credit card holds your appointment reservation, ensuring availability for your scheduled time.
Convenience: Focus more on your wellness and less on the logistics.
Efficiency: Streamlined payment processing reduces administrative time and enhances your experience.
Security: Your information will be securely stored using a trusted, encrypted payment processing system.
How Does It Work?
A valid credit card or visa debit card will be securely stored in our system on your patient profile, when you book your appointment.
We will never charge your card without your knowing, and alternate payment options are always available in clinic.
You may continue to pay with your preferred payment method every time each visit.
You will always be notified in writing for any outstanding charges related to late cancellation or missed appointments. We will always offer an opportunity for you to discuss/ make this payment by another means. Charging card on file is our very last resort and we would like to avoid doing this at all costs.
Privacy and Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your credit card information is stored securely and encrypted through a PCI-compliant payment system.
Your data will never be shared or used for any purpose other than payment processing.
