Reiki energy therapy sessions are available in person or as a distance session. Each session can range from

60 minute Session - $ 125.55 (HST Incl.)

Using specialized sound frequencies, we create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Sound healing or therapy is the practice of using music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit.

Each session begins with soul chat; a chance to address energetic blocks, negative cycles or physical pain and set intentions for the session. You will then lay comfortably on a padded mat and will be guided to connect in with your breath as the sound session begins. Each session is intuitively guided and individual in nature. Once the session is finished, we ground in and reflect on your session together.
