Sound Healing Sessions
The fundamental principle of sound healing is that all matter vibrates at a specific frequency through which it can both influence and be influenced by all other matter. Thus, everything on the planet and beyond can be considered interconnected through resonance.
Using specialized sound frequencies we create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. Sound healing or therapy is the practice of using music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. No two sound sessions will be the same as they will be directed by the energies within each session.

Private Group Sound Session
Up to 6 people
These sessions offer healing and connection for small groups. Each session everyone is given opportunity to express their intention for the session. The group will be guided to lay comfortably on the provided mats and connect with their breath to begin the sound session. Once the session is complete a group share of their experience is encouraged to continue the connection made within the space.
75 Minute Session $333.33+ HST / group
Public Group Sessions/ Ceremonies
10 -25 people
These sound sessions are open for anyone who feels led to attend.
Sound Baths are offered by one sound healer on a biweekly basis.
Sound journeys or ceremonies are typically orchestrated by two sound healers, working together to usher in energetic balance for the entire group.

Individual Sound Session
Each session begins with a one on one soul chat; a chance to address energetic blocks, negative cycles or physical pain and set intention for the session. You will then lay comfortably on a padded mat and will be guided to connect in with your breath as the sound session begins. Each session is intuitively guided and individual in nature. Once the session is finished, a time for reflection and reconnection before your journey ahead.
60 Minute Session - $113.33+ HST
90 Minute Session - $147.77+ HST
