PREPAID PACKAGE POLICY

1. All prepaid packages will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. This is in accordance with the Prepaid Services Act of Ontario.

2. All prepaid packages will hold an agreement in which the patient holding the package will sign.
   All packages purchased are not subject to substitution for another treatment length or style. The package purchased is the package that will be applied to your appointment.
   
   (Example: purchasing a three pack of 60-minute massage treatments cannot be broken up into six, 30-minute massage treatments)
   

3. All Cancellations are required to be made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Pertaining to packages, any cancellation made within our 24-hour requirement will result in a fee of %50 of the appointment booked. This fee will be payable by the patient before their next appointment.

4. Failure to show for the appointment scheduled will result in the loss of 1 package credit.
