2026 Fee Schedule Changes
Set to begin June 15, 2026
Our last fee adjustment was in early 2023. Since then, the cost of operating—utilities, lease commitments, professional fees, and insurance—has continued to rise.
This update allows us to continue offering the level of care you’ve come to expect, while sustainably supporting the clinic and our team.
You’ll notice a few changes:
Updated pricing – Fees have been adjusted slightly and are now listed with HST included for full transparency.
Refined service names – We’ve renamed some of our treatments to better reflect the care you’ll receive.
Clearer treatment structure – Our services are designed to set expectations from the moment you book, creating a more defined and aligned treatment experience.
These changes are about removing the grey area—so you know exactly what to expect, and we can continue to deliver focused, intentional care.
We’re grateful to continue being part of your recovery.
Please see our service changes below.
General Massage Therapy
Previously Massage Therapy
General Massage Therapy is more flexible and supportive in nature.
These sessions are based on your needs at the time of treatment and can evolve from visit to visit. Whether you’re coming in for tension relief, ongoing care, or to maintain how your body feels, your RMT will work with you to apply the appropriate treatment and pressure each time.
This is where continued care and regular maintenance fit.
Please note: All 90 Minute Treatments will be found under the Wellness Massage Therapy Section.
Clinical Massage Therapy
Previously Massage with Lyndsay
Clinical Massage Therapy is designed for patients working through a specific injury or condition with the goal of resolution.
These treatments follow a structured plan of care, beginning with an initial assessment, followed by targeted treatment sessions, and concluding with a reassessment to track progress and determine next steps.
This is not ongoing or maintenance care—this is a focused, clinical approach to support recovery and move you forward with intention.
Massage Therapy with Laser
Massage Therapy with Laser is offered as part of continued care, combining hands-on treatment with the added benefits of laser therapy.
These sessions remain consistent with the treatments you’re familiar with, now with the integration of laser to support tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and enhance recovery. A slight fee adjustment has been applied.
Laser Therapy
Our Laser Therapy service has been updated to better support patients who require more focused, therapeutic care.
We now offer both 15-minute and 30-minute sessions, allowing for more flexibility based on the level of support needed. These treatments are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist and are eligible for coverage under RMT insurance plans.
Complimentary Massage Modalities
These services remain consistent in their approach, with a slight fee adjustment.
Additional New Services and Changes
Please Note: Our service names have already begun to change. All fee changes will take place on June 15th.
We understand that fee increases can be frustrating…
…especially during a time when many people are already feeling the weight of rising costs. As a clinic, these changes are never made lightly. Like many healthcare providers, we continue to face increasing operational expenses while working to provide high-quality, evidence-informed care to our community.
One important piece many people may not realize is that Registered Massage Therapy in Ontario is currently subject to HST — despite being regulated paramedical healthcare. Massage Therapy remains the only regulated paramedical profession in Ontario required to charge and remit HST on treatments.
This means that 13% of your treatment cost is not determined by your therapist or your clinic — it is provincial taxation.
If you believe Massage Therapy should be treated the same as other paramedical healthcare services, we encourage you to direct your concerns and support to the people who have the ability to create change: your local MPP and provincial decision-makers.
Patients, practitioners, and communities speaking together is what creates momentum for policy change.
Massage Therapy plays an important role in:
pain management
injury rehabilitation
chronic condition support
mental health and nervous system regulation
preventative healthcare
As healthcare providers, we will continue advocating for accessible care while doing our best to sustainably support the people and systems that make that care possible.
Thank you for continuing to support local healthcare providers and for being part of these important conversations.
